If you need a different size, we are happy to consider an exchange on a case-by-case basis. To request an exchange, please contact Mercy Co within 3 days of your order being marked as delivered. Your request must include:

• A photo of the unworn item.

• A brief explanation of why you are requesting the exchange.

If your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Because each order is processed with care, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your package ships. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that Mercy Co is a small, independently operated business. During periods of high order volume, travel, illness, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be longer than our standard estimates.
