Please contact MercyCo within 3 days of your purchase delivery with a picture of the unworn product, and explanation of why you are requesting an exchange. Should an exchange be granted, you will receive an email with all necessary return shipping information. The product must be returned to the addresses provided or the exchange is ineligible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. International shipping is offered but may require a longer processing time.
